Conference Details
Each year, we bring together hundreds of high schoolers from around the world together for a weekend of programming centered around global health education and leadership skill development. As part of the Community Pitch Competition, high school students create proposals to solve health-related issues in their local communities, craft written reports, and present them at the Conference. In addition, students participate in a global-health themed Case Study Competition and attend a speaker series led by experts across all sectors.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2021 Conference will be held in a hybrid format. This year's conference will take place April 23-24, 2022. We are working to ensure that this virtual format will be just as engaging and interactive as in-person, and are excited to continue our work from last year. For students who wish to participate in the Community Pitch Competition, the deadline to apply has been extended to April 8th. For everyone else, conference fees will vary depending on when you apply and the format, so we encourage all high school students to apply as early as possible.

I left feeling empowered and capable, ready to take on these issues. But the truth was, I already had taken on some of these issues, and the conference had given me the tools to do so." – Isabella Carlo, Connecticut
Not only was I inspired by all the speakers and stimulated by the peers who attended the conference, but I was also able to make friends and get to know all the great people!" - Asuka Sakagami, Japan
